Founder of LevelUp Time Instructional Designer, STEM Educator, and Game Developer
My background is in digital advertising, graphic design and web development. My earliest recollection of video games was playing Vectorman for the Sega Genesis. Since then I was hooked. However, as you can already tell, it's not so much about playing video games anymore. My passion has evolved into teaching those with special needs how to plan, design, and develop their own video games. But.... that's not where it ends. The video game industry is a multi million dollar industry that has been neglected in the field of communication for quite some time. My STEM/STEAM program is living proof that video games can help individuals grow and create positive communities.
Martin Cheung Digital Artist & Game Developer
I enjoyed playing video games ever since my parents bought me a Gameboy with Super Mario. Something about it connected me, maybe it was the designs or maybe it was the colorful shades of moving green but no matter what it was i have never stopped playing video games since. That love have brought me here to understand and help others learn how to create brand new worlds that everyone can enjoy. On occasions when I'm not thinking of new game ideas and creating characters for my game I take a trip out to explore the world of martial arts.
